Blog for Us!

ContentDesk.com is launching a blog network called the CDBlog Network.  We are looking for writers who want to write for us on one of many different topics.

We pay a beginning stipend (up to $800 per month depending on experience) to start, with the potential of a full-time, lucrative income for writers who help us take their blog to the top of a market niche.

We handle all the set up, domain registration and site build, all the technical issues and all the marketing.

You do what you do best:  write!

Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 14 posts per week
  • Some socializing on the social networks to network and build your fan base

Requirements

Your writing is the key!  You don’t have to be an English major in college.  Basic writing skills are all that are required as long as you can write in an engaging style for readers who will begin to follow your daily posting regularly and to build a large readership over time.

In general, we pick the topics and markets and look for writers for specific blogs we have planned out and researched ourselves.

But if you have a killer idea you’ve always wanted to tackle and it hits a major market with lots of potential readership, we are all ears and would be happy to work with you on it.

Since you won’t have to deal with technical issues, heavy marketing, or the expense of setting up a well-designed site, this is a way to build something of great value around your writing alone.

Time Requirements

Posting frequently is key, so with research and keeping up with the buzz on your topics along with the time for writing each post throughout the week, this position will require anywhere from 15-25 hours per week to start. Much will depend on how good you are at keeping up with the buzz in your niche and how fast or slowly you write individual posts.

Training

The on-the-job training here holds massive value to the writers we work with.  Just by being a part of a blog network like ours, writers get to see how regular blogs are turned into popular destinations on the web through careful content development, relationship and readership building, social marketing and more.
